• Plan, organise, control and evaluate IT implementation across the charity
• Serve as an administrator for Microsoft Office 365 (including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, related technologies).
• Creating and managing user accounts and licenses within Microsoft 365, resetting multi factor authentication, managing Azure AD / Microsoft 365 groups
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
• Perform administrative tasks that will include implementation, administration, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
• Work closely with other UKIM IT colleagues to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Update existing and develop new knowledge documentation.
• Provide training to end users training on Microsoft 365 other strategic technologies.
• Work closely with other departments in the charity to ensure technology improves workplace efficiency and productivity.
• Manage the UKIM website content, working with developers and editors to ensure it's meeting the needs of our organisation.
• Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
• Ideally 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in an enterprise environment
• Experience administrating Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype for Business, Teams, AzureAD, and related technologies. Having PowerShell experience would be a big plus.
• Willing to stay up to date with developments in your subject area and in developments in the digital world.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Experienced with one or more Website CMS
• Able to communicate confidently and clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
• Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
• Highly organised, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• Previous experience leading or managing a team is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web technologies.
• Proven ability to handle high-stress situations, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and managing large-scale IT projects.
Location: Oldham
Contract Type: Initial 1 year contract
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
