Sickness can completely change a person’s life. Poor health can make simple, everyday tasks like providing for your family and attending school difficult - or even impossible. Strength changes to weakness. Independence changes to dependence.

Thanks to the ongoing support and generosity of our donors, UK Islamic Mission has been able to provide life-changing – and even lifesaving – medical aid to vulnerable people in need.

From giving sight to the visually impaired to treating disabled children with illnesses like thalassemia, let’s work together to help heal the sick and provide essential healthcare and medical supplies to our brothers and sisters all over the world.

Our current healthcare campaigns include:

• Mobile Healthcare Camps – providing essential healthcare and medication to approximately 300 people living in refugee camps and remote rural areas
• Eye Cataract Surgery – providing life-changing eye cataract removal surgery to give the gift of sight to a visually impaired person
• Treating Children with Thalassemia – saving the lives of innocent children suffering from thalassemia by providing blood transfusions, medication, therapy and rehabilitation
• Sponsoring a Disabled Child – providing special education for disabled children, including everyday aids, healthcare, and tuition fees
