The Benefits of Sponsoring an Orphan in Islam
In Islam, it is compulsory for people who are in fortunate positions to be kind and generous to the orphans and the needy.
Prophet Muhammed, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The one who cares for an orphan and myself, will be together like this,” and he held his two fingers together (Sahih Bukhari, 5304).
By supporting the orphans, we are fulfilling our faith and securing ease in this life and in the Hereafter.
