Sixteen years of a cruel and unjust blockade has severely weakened the healthcare system and made life generally a struggle to survive. The conflict in Gaza has destroyed homes, hospitals, schools, and mosques. Many have been left with nothing save the clothes on their backs, with loved ones gone or missing, livelihoods lost, and no way to earn a stable, regular income.
