Assalamoalaikum. We are sadly announcing that following the instructions of our central Board of Trustees of UK Islamic Mission, *we are closing our masajid today after zuhur prayers for all congregational prayers (including Friday prayers)* till further notice.

Covid-19 Measures: Home Worship & Prayers for Community Safety

This closure is due to the seriousness of the rapidly worsening situation with regard to the coronavirus in order to protect ourselves, in particular, our vulnerable group. In this testing period, we ask our Muslim community to now establish centers of worship at home, raise the call to prayer, prostrate as families in the congregation, impart knowledge of our great faith and increase the remembrance of Allah (swt), beseeching Him for his forgiveness, protection, and grace. Along with Du’a (supplication), we are aware that Sadaqah without delay, for it stands in the way of calamity.' [Tirmidhi].
