The UKIM North Zone Awards 2026 is a significant initiative to recognise and celebrate the outstanding work taking place across our North Zone branches.
Bringing together communities from Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Yorkshire, and the North East, the awards highlight the collective efforts of individuals, teams, and branches in serving others, developing people, and strengthening community engagement.
The event reflects the breadth of activity across the North Zone — including spiritual development and education, youth leadership, sisters’ engagement, outreach, and vital social support initiatives such as iCare.
With over 160 nominations received, the awards showcase the high standard of work being delivered at a grassroots level. A total of 16 award categories recognise excellence across branches, initiatives, volunteers, and community partners. Each category is inspired by individuals from our tradition who exemplified service, leadership, and dedication.
All nominations have been reviewed against clear criteria by independent external judges, ensuring a fair and robust process. In addition to award recipients, shortlisted finalists are also being recognised, reflecting the strength and diversity of contributions across the North Zone.
The awards aim not only to recognise achievement, but also to highlight the invaluable role of volunteers and inspire continued growth, collaboration, and good practice across our communities.
